Cutting the holes

1. Use a jigsaw to cut out the holes. Be sure to use masking to protect the metal from scratches made by the tool.
2. OR…. Use a drill press with the appropriate hole saw to cut holes.
1. I’ve been using a 2” holes saw for the 2 1/16 gauges. You can dremel the inside of the hole down until your gauge fits.
3. Drill out LED holes
4. Go around panel with a dremel tool to clean out all of the holes and smooth the edges.
